We know that our employees are the basis of our success. Currently, more than 400 people make up a large team of professionals with a wide variety of skills, whose commitment is essential to achieving our goals and projects.

One of the main features of the Bralo teamis our distribution in the various countries where we operate. The Group is composed of personnel from 15 different nationalities, the majority-65% - of Spanish origin.

Recognizing its global dimension, Bralo is responsible for managing diversity and maintaining a working environment free from discrimination based on race , sex or religion and any conduct involving personal harassment.

Of the total workforce of Bralo Spain, over 73% of employees are workers and technicians, 9% are university graduates and middle-grade, 15% are administrative and 6% are Directors. At the end of 2009, workers had an average age of 41 years and 14 years experience in the company.

We encourage the incorporation of women in the labour market. The percentage of women in the workforce of Bralo Spain has increased in recent years, reaching 24% at the end of 2009. In addition to this, women represent 40% of management positions, covering 25% of the Group’s highest positions.

A good indicator of the involvement of the team and the good working environment is the company’s ability to build loyalty among our employees, achieving the minimum possible rotation. In this sense, the average stay in the company is generally very high in all the subsidiarys.

To promote job stability is another pillar of the Group's policy. Regarding the type of contracts, more than 95% of the workforce of Bralo Spain has a permanent contract. The temporary contracts we have are basically due to specific, temporary needs or temporary substitutions. Bralo promotes job stability.
